Returning garments of the wrong size

If you find that the garment you have purchased does not fit, we are happy to exchange it for a different size. If you wish to do so, you must contact us and return the garment within 30 days of purchase.

You will need to ship the original garment back to us. Please contact us before doing so. The returned garment must be in original condition. The replacement garment will be of the same style and have the same print as the original garment. Garments can not be exchanged for a different size more than once per sale.

Due to issues with reliability, we will not accept items returned by Courier Post. Please use a courier company such as Pass the Parcel, Castle Parcels, Post Haste, or New Zealand Couriers. It is your responsibility to ensure the returned item is delivered to us.

We do not offer refunds if the garment you have purchased is the wrong size, unless we are not able to provide an appropriate replacement (e.g., if the correct size is out of stock).

Any refunds processed to an international credit card will be calculated using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. The refunded value may therefore vary slightly from the value of the original purchase.

Returns under the Consumer Guarantees Act

If the garment you have purchased proves to be faulty, or if you are sent an item that does not match your order (incorrect style, size, or print), we are happy to meet our obligations to remedy this under the Consumer Guarantees Act, by providing a replacement, or, if this is not possible, a refund.

You will need to ship the garment back to us for inspection; however, please contact us before returning the garment.

If we determine that the garment is faulty or incorrect, we will in the first instance provide a replacement. This will be sent to you at no extra cost. We will only provide a refund if we are not able to provide a replacement (e.g., if the item is out of stock).

If you are provided with a replacement or refund, the cost of your return shipping will be refunded to you. Refunds for return shipping will be made by cheque and either included with your item, or posted to your billing address (if this is different). To be eligible for a refund for your return shipping, you must send us a copy of the relevant invoice or receipt either with your item, or by email (a scanned copy is fine).

If we determine that the returned item does not warrant a replacement or refund, your original item will be sent back to you at no extra cost; however, you will not be refunded for return shipping.
